RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We do accept returns and exchanges providing the following guidelines have been met. We have a 14 Day Return Policy. Returns on items within 14 days from date of purchase for a refund or exchange (excluding sale items and accessories such as earrings etc due to hygiene reasons). Refunds are for purchase price only and do not include postage charges. 

If you decide to return your product/s for an exchange or refund please get in touch with us (you have 14 days from the date of purchase to make contact). If you wish to EXCHANGE get in touch with us via messageASAP so we can notify you of the availability of other sizes and put the new item aside for you straight away. 

Please note:

  • Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on earrings, unless they are deemed faulty.

  • All return postage costs need to be covered by yourself & tracked postage only.
